• "Developer" refers to Kerris Haus
  • "Client" refers to the owner of the website.
  • "Website" refers to a single specific domain or group of domains, a physical or virtual webserver or group of webservers, and specific designs, layouts, technologies, or presentations of information provided by Client.
  • "Start Date" refers to the date which the agreement becomes effective.
  • "End Date" refers to the date which the agreement is no longer effective.
  1. Both Client and Developer have the right to terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason, effective immediately.
  2. Neither Client nor Developer may amend the agreement without a written statement outlining the amended deal signed by both parties. Any amendment to the agreement will supersede any already existing agreement.
  3. Upon termination of the contract or End Date, Developer is responsible for providing Client with necessary data to continue use of Website elsewhere. Developer is not responsible for provisioning or assisting in the provisioning of systems with which to use Website.
  4. Client retains all rights to their intellectual property used on Website.
  5. Developer has the right to use some itellectual property such as branding, logos, mottos, demos, and artwork to promote Developer's work or Client on their own platform. Developer may not act on behalf of Client for advertising purposes without written consent from Client.
  6. Developer retains all rights to their designs, layouts, technologies, or presentations and is allowed to use them in other projects unrelated to Client.
