What we don't do
- The Portal does not track user activity outside of Kerris Haus services.
- The Portal does have access to data provided to other Kerris Haus services, such as the Shop and Docs.
- The Portal does not employ any fingerprinting technology for the purpose of identifying users.
- The Portal does use fingerprinting technology to identify the client's browser/device in order to maintain compatibility.
- The Portal does not share or sell data any data with any third parties (excluding applicable governments when forced to.)
- The Portal does not advertise or work with any advertisers.
What we do do
- The Portal uses cookies to establish sessions for users. What is a session cookie?
- The Portal stores and associates IP addresses with specific users for authentication, session management and security, and geolocation purposes.
- Portal uses your IP address for managing individual sessions and suspicious activity monitoring.
- Portal uses your IP address to determine your location to provide weather and timezone data.
- The Portal stores when a particular action is executed, how long that action took to execute, how much memory that action consumed, and how much bandwidth that action consumed. If a user is authenticated when the action is performed, the user that performed the action is associated.
- If a log is generated while the user is authenticated, the user may be associated with the log.
- The Portal does use user data to make predictions for the user. These predications are calculated by Kerris Haus within the Portal application and are not shared with any third party for any reason.
- The Portal uses data provided at will by the user in the Vehicles application to make predictions for fuel economy, daily distances, and service recommendations.
- The Portal uses data provided at will by the user in the Finance application to make predictions about income and expenditures.
- The Portal stores your email address, if provided.
- The Portal stores your Discord user ID if provided.
